The New Gray...

Planning to have drapes
made from this fabric

~ Insight into this fabric ~

I found this fabric on Etsy.
(I  Etsy.)
I LVE this fabric.
Yellow was Lydia's favorite color during her last days here on earth.
Yellow personifies joy.
Gray ~ her middle name, a family name passed to her.
~ our little gray byrd ~
I love these little gray sparrows.
Reminds me of the song that echoes
His eye is on the sparrow and I know He watches me. ♪
Oh, how He watches over us,
protecting our souls as life's storms come and go.

Yellow and gray,
joy mingled with sorrow.

That's sums up my days.
That's why I love this fabric.

(what truly makes this house a home)

Thankful for this nest,

this retreat.

This place of rest.

We're home.

He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High
will abide in the shadow of the Almighty.

Psalm 91:1

AND,

Luke lost his first tooth today!

He's so excited.

  7. Beautiful home! Stacey, your drapery material is gorgeous. Your comment about the song "his eye is on the sparrow" touched me. Memama Byrd used to sing this to me when I was just a little Byrd myself. Please tell Willie I so appreciate his being a pallbearer for Mama. We have all had alot to grieve in this family over the past year. Enjoy your new home, and hope to see you all soon. Love, Pam
